A few days at Grandma's

Chris, Jennifer, Megan, and Matthew came down for a few days. We went school shopping.  Can't believe Megan will be in first grade and Matthew will be in pre-kindergarten!  A few new outfits...

Children's Weekend at Grandma Deb's

June 27-28, 2008

The Schneider family came to Eau Claire for the weekend. Jennifer and Chris dropped the children off at my work and they "worked" for an hour. They met a few of my colleagues and were very good children. Friday evening we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Megan loved the atmosphere..singing, dancing, and loud music. After dinner Megan and Matthew enjoyed a little ice cream at my house.


Megan had to have her usual back rub from Granny B...


Saturday morning I fixed the children breakfast...


After breakfast we went out to play...Matthew has a new scooter and really has good balance.


Megan found her "princess" jump rope...


We also took a walk ...but had to have a picture first (Megan is "into" posing).


We went to a noon movie (Wall-E)...ate popcorn and candy. Both children enjoyed the movie. They left for home around 4pm....sniff, sniff.
