Once again I am playing catch-up. I will start with the school pictures...then...the tooth update.

School pictures were taken in September.
What GREAT looking children!

Update on tooth...Meggie lost her tooth on October 27,2009! We all were pleased.

Halloween

I took the Friday before Halloween off work so
I could go to the children's school for their Halloween party.
The children marched around the building in
their costumes. So many cute costumes.
What a great time for all!

Meggie (crazy girl) and her friend.

Matthew was Darth Vader.

Jennifer worked at a station in Meggie's room.

The following are some of the cute and creative costumes.

After the children paraded around the hallways,
Meggie's teacher had hand sanitizer ready for the
children before they went back into the classroom.

This is a picture of my neighbor on Halloween.
That costume was so funny...he was dressed as a women...
but still walked like a guy.

November birthdays

--Birthdays are good for you.
Statistics show that the people who
have the most birthdays live the longest.--

Since Jill and I have birthdays in November we
decided to celebrate...early...with dinner
at Grizzly's and a movie.

--Live as long as you may.
The first twenty years are the longest half of your life.--

This past weekend my mother and I drove to Racine to spend some time with our friends Jim and Kay. We had time to catch-up on family and even got in a game of Scrabble...like old times.

This was moving day (last spring) for Jim and Kay.

This is Jim and Kay's new condo!

Slim Jim and my mother. Jim recently lost 33 pounds!
Kudos to you Jim!

Jim and Kay took us on a tour of Racine.

The signs of winter...the empty slips on Lake Michigan.

We had breakfast at the Chancery on Monday morning.

We then left Racine and had lunch in Madison at the
Cracker Barrel with Anita and her family.

I had a great weekend...I averaged 27mpg with my car.

Congratulations on the good news Jim!

We are having a house full for Thanksgiving...it will be a fun time...and...will finish the holiday weekend with a Lori Line concert on Saturday evening. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
